Leslie Ten Broeck, LCSW CCTP, Vice President, Clinical Services, has over twenty-five years of experience working in the mental health field. She graduated from Moravian College with a degree in Psychology and Music, and earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Marywood University. She has practiced individual, group and family therapy in various mental health treatment settings, including short-term hospitalization, therapeutic residential and transitional living settings, medical, outpatient and acute partial programs both in Pennsylvania and New York. For the past fifteen years she has been teaching and assisting in developing curriculum for direct care staff in multiple areas of instruction related to lifespan developmental and behavioral health, including the treatment of self-injurious behavior, therapeutic relationships, group therapy, and trauma treatment.
Ms. Ten Broeck has extensive experience in crisis management; she has taught courses in Handle with Care, Professional Crisis Management and Lifespace Crisis Intervention. She has been affiliated with the Sanctuary Institute and is an advocate for trauma-informed care. She recently earned her certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional through the International Association of Trauma Professionals. She is a volunteer with the American Red Cross Disaster Mental Health Services.
Ms. Ten Broeck lives in Allentown with her husband and two children. They enjoy camping, whitewater boating, hiking and yoga.
