Michael is currently the Vice President, Community-Based Services of Pinebrook Family Answers where he has the administrative oversight of the out-of-home placement services, which includes foster care and kinship care; adoption services; and the truancy reduction, family-support and family education programs under the agency’s array of community-based services.

Michael began his career at Pinebrook in the foster care program in 1989 after earning a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Moravian College. He later earned an M.Ed. in Counseling in Higher Education from Kutztown University. Michael has dedicated his career to the children and their families throughout the Greater Lehigh Valley region and has served on local and statewide committees where he advocates for the needs of children and families and promotes best practice in service delivery.

Michael and his wife have lived in the Lehigh Valley for over twenty years and are the parents of three sons.
