William B. Vogler, Ph.D. is currently the President of Pinebrook Family Answers and was previously the Executive Director of Family Answers, a Lehigh Valley Family Services Agency for 19 years. Bill is a Bethlehem native, and has been active in Lehigh Valley human services as a counselor, social worker and administrator since 1983. He is past chair of the State of Pennsylvania Alliance for Children & Families, and is a founding member of the “Family Project”, a series of articles appearing in the Morning Call every Monday that offers practical advice to common family questions.
Bill graduated from Hobart College in 1981 with a dual major in Philosophy and Religious Studies. He has a Masters degree in Theology from the University of Chicago, and received his Doctorate in Administration & Leadership Studies from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2011. His research concerned the use of humor in nonprofit organizations. He has taught Philosophy, Ethics, and Social Work as an adjunct instructor at a number of local colleges.
Bill resides in Bethlehem, PA with his family. He is active as a member of the Board of Trustees at his church, and currently is a member of the Board of Directors of “Laughing at My Nightmare” – a small startup nonprofit organization.
