His unwavering commitment to the well‑being of children, adults, and families continues to guide our work and will be felt across the Lehigh Valley for years to come.

As a lasting reflection of his life and legacy, The Michael Shaffer Memorial Fund at Pinebrook has been established by his family. This fund will carry forward Mike’s spirit of care by providing short‑term assistance to families in crisis, supporting Pinebrook staff members in times of need, and fostering initiatives that strengthen our agency’s culture and care for one another.
